Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

If the Customer is acting as a consumer, they may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day the goods are received.

2. How to Exercise the Right

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify ABADAL AUTOMOVILES, S.A. of their decision by means of an unequivocal statement sent before the withdrawal period expires. The notification may be sent through any of the following channels:

The use of the model withdrawal form below (Annex I.B) is optional but recommended.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, ABADAL AUTOMOVILES, S.A. will refund the amounts paid within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

When a product return is applicable, the Customer must return it within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the withdrawal notification. ABADAL AUTOMOVILES, S.A. may withhold the refund until it receives the product or proof of its return.

The Customer will only be liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

4. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal will not apply in the cases excluded by applicable consumer regulations, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
